We are committed to maintaining a harassment-free environment. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome sexual attention

Reporting Discrimination or Harassment

If you experience or witness discrimination or harassment, please contact conference staff or security immediately.

Investigation and Resolution

All reports of discrimination or harassment will be:

  • Taken seriously and investigated promptly
  • Handled confidentially to the extent possible
  • Addressed with appropriate corrective action
  • Documented for future reference

Retaliation Prohibition

Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment, or who participate in investigations, is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

Compliance with Laws

This policy complies with applicable local, national, and international laws regarding discrimination and harassment, including but not limited to:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • Relevant Chinese labor and anti-discrimination laws
