POLICIES AND PROCEDURES政策与须知
- All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee in order to participate and access the WAICA 2026 program.所有参会人员必须完成注册并缴纳相应费用，方可参与会议及获取 WAICA 2026 会议日程权限。
- Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered as a Regular attendee.每一篇中稿的论文至少要有一个人注册成为Regular。
