WAICA solicits proposals for AI-related workshops. The format and aims of these workshops should be described by the organizers. The selected workshops will be arranged joint with WAICA, with specific dates to be confirmed.WAICA 征集与人工智能相关的专题研讨会提案。研讨会的形式与目标应由组织者说明。入选研讨会将与 WAICA 联合举办，具体日期待定。

Criteria评审标准

Workshops should provide a formal forum for researchers to discuss emerging research questions and challenges, encourage contributed content, and reserve sufficient time for open discussions, panel sessions, or poster presentations. Below, we include the criteria by which workshop submissions will be evaluated:专题研讨会应为研究者提供正式论坛，以讨论新兴研究问题与挑战，鼓励投稿内容，并预留充足时间用于开放讨论、专题讨论或海报展示。以下为研讨会提案的评审标准：

1. Theme Value主题价值: Focus on emerging directions in AI field with academic innovation or application adaptability.聚焦人工智能领域新兴方向，具有学术创新性或应用适应性。
2. Agenda Design议程设计: Set up open multimedia submission channels with clear review rules, and design detailed agendas.设立开放的多媒体投稿渠道与明确的评审规则，并设计详细议程。
3. Lineup Configuration阵容配置: Form a capable organizing team with clear division of labor, and a cross-institutional Program Committee abiding by academic integrity.组建能力突出的组织团队并明确分工，程序委员会跨机构组成并恪守学术诚信。
4. Diversity and Inclusiveness多样性与包容性: Build a high-quality, diverse speaker team with regional and gender balance. Provide special support for young talents, and realize balanced regional and institutional participation.打造高质量、多元化的讲者团队，兼顾地域与性别平衡；为青年人才提供特别支持，实现地域与机构参与的均衡。
5. Differentiation and Long-Term Value差异化与长期价值: Create unique workshop features different from traditional ones via cross-domain integration and other perspectives, and provide long-term community contribution with sustainable academic value.通过跨域融合等视角形成区别于传统研讨会的独特定位，并为社区提供具有可持续学术价值的长期贡献。
6. One-Reject Items一票否决项: Direct rejection for proposals with pure commercial interests, speakers/organizers with academic misconduct, or insufficient workshop paper submission.以下情况将直接拒稿：纯商业目的提案、讲者或组织者存在学术不端、研讨会论文投稿不足。

Advice撰写建议

All links from theme to agenda, and from lineup to operation mechanism, should be closely linked, and each evaluation dimension should be considered in a coordinated manner, instead of focusing on a single advantage while ignoring other key requirements. It is important to highlight the uniqueness and differentiation of the workshop, and avoid repeating the topics and forms of previous conferences or similar top-level workshops; exploring cross-domain integration and technology-governance dual-drive directions can effectively enhance the competitiveness of the proposal.从主题到议程、从阵容到运作机制，各环节应紧密衔接，各评审维度需统筹考虑，而非只突出单一优势、忽视其他关键要求。应突出研讨会的独特性和差异化，避免与往届会议或同类顶级研讨会的议题与形式重复；探索跨域融合、技术—治理双轮驱动等方向可有效提升提案竞争力。

Diversity and inclusiveness should be run through the whole design of the workshop, covering the composition of the organizing and speaker teams, the participation channels of different groups of researchers, and the cooperation of institutions from different regions, especially to ensure the support for young talents.多样性与包容性应贯穿研讨会整体设计，涵盖组织与讲者团队构成、不同群体研究者的参与渠道、以及不同地域机构的合作，尤其要落实对青年人才的支持。

The feasibility of the workshop is the key to ensuring smooth implementation, and the proposal should reflect sufficient forward planning on implementation details such as schedule and budget, and establish standardized mechanisms for review, risk control and academic integrity to avoid potential problems in the holding process.研讨会的可行性是顺利举办的关键，提案应在日程、预算等实施细节上体现充分的前期规划，并建立评审、风控与学术诚信的规范机制，以规避举办过程中的潜在问题。

The construction of the team and speaker lineup should focus on matching the workshop theme, and avoid inviting speakers only for their popularity or forming an organizing team with excessive members. Core organizers and committee members should have relevant professional influence and practical experience. We recommend that the workshop adopts the same LaTeX/Word template and the same review system as the WAICA main conference. The length of workshop paper is suggested 8–10 pages (single column, around 400 words each page). Every workshop is expected to accept at least 10 papers.团队与讲者阵容的构建应紧扣研讨会主题，避免仅因知名度邀请讲者或组织团队人数过多。核心组织者与委员会成员应具备相应的专业影响力与实践经验。建议研讨会采用与 WAICA 主会议相同的 LaTeX/Word 模版与评审体系。研讨会论文篇幅建议为 8–10 页（单栏，每页约 400 字）。每个研讨会预计录用不少于 10 篇论文。

In addition, attaching importance to the long-term value of the workshop and designing sustainable contributions for the conference academic community, such as building research networks and forming industry standards, can make the proposal more in line with the long-term development positioning of the conference.此外，重视研讨会的长期价值，为会议学术共同体设计可持续的贡献（如构建研究网络、形成行业标准等），可使提案更契合会议的长远发展定位。

Finally, the overall presentation of the proposal should be rigorous and polished, and all design contents should be clearly and logically expressed, so as to reflect the organizers' careful planning and full engagement in the workshop.最后，提案的整体表述应严谨、精炼，各项设计内容须清晰、有逻辑地呈现，以体现组织者对研讨会的认真筹划与充分投入。

WAICA does not provide travel funding for workshop speakers; workshops may seek funding from external sources to bring in outside speakers. The organizers of each accepted workshop will be given 3 complimentary full conference registrations to distribute among workshop organizers and/or participants.WAICA 不为研讨会讲者提供差旅资助；研讨会可自行寻求外部经费以邀请外部讲者。每个录用研讨会的组织者将获得 3 个免费全会注册名额，可用于组织者及/或参会者。
