After receiving the review comments, authors can submit a rebuttal to respond to the PC members' concerns. WAICA 2026 rebuttal phase will start from 09:00 am on June 30 to 08:59 am on July 3 (Beijing Time).收到审稿意见后，作者可选择提交 rebuttal 以回应 PC 成员的问题。WAICA 2026 rebuttal 阶段时间为北京时间 6 月 30 日 09:00 至 7 月 3 日 08:59。
The rebuttal must maintain anonymity. The rebuttal supports rich-text formatting, is limited to 10,000 characters. It cannot include links to external material such as code, videos, etc.Rebuttal 须保持匿名。Rebuttal 支持富文本格式，字数上限为 10,000 字符。不得包含指向外部材料（如代码、视频等）的链接。
PC members will be able to view the rebuttals starting from 12:00 on July 3. They are allowed to revise their ratings and reviews anytime before 11:59 on July 5. No further review revisions will be permitted after this deadline.PC 成员可于 7 月 3 日 12:00 起查看 rebuttal。PC 成员可在 7 月 5 日 11:59 之前随时修改评分和审稿意见。该截止时间之后将不允许再进行审稿修改。
PC members should refrain from requesting significant additional experiments for the rebuttal, or penalize for lack of additional experiments. Authors should refrain from including new contributions or experimental results in the rebuttal, especially when not specifically requested to do so by the PC members. Starting from the rebuttal phase, which begins at 9:00 am on June 30, PC members are permitted to post public comments on any of the submitted papers. These comments are non-anonymous and visible to all PC members. The public comment feature will be activated at 9:00 am on June 30 (Beijing Time), with no deadline set for PC members to submit their comments.从 rebuttal 阶段（6 月 30 日上午 9:00 开始）起，PC 成员可在任意已提交论文下发布公开评论。公开评论不匿名，对所有 PC 成员可见。公开评论功能将于北京时间 6 月 30 日上午 9:00启用，PC 成员提交评论不设截止日期。
Please note that until the final paper decisions are announced, authors may only reply to existing public comments and are not allowed to initiate new comment threads. During this period (from 9:00 am on June 30 until the final decisions are released), authors' replies will be displayed under the identity of "Author" with a default avatar, rather than showing their real names. Once the final decisions are announced, the system will automatically update to display the authors' real names and avatars.请注意，在最终录用结果公布之前，作者仅可回复已有的公开评论，不得发起新的评论主题。在此期间（6 月 30 日上午 9:00 至最终录用结果公布），作者的回复将以 “Author” 身份及默认头像显示，而非真实姓名。最终录用结果公布后，系统将自动更新，显示作者的真实姓名与头像。
For PC members, please first log in to the ReviewFlow system and click on "Conference Management" to access the WAICA conference console. Once there, switch to the "PC Member" role and click on "View Submissions" to enter the paper list. After locating a paper, click "Read" to open the full paper details. You will find the public comment section located below the paper PDF, where you can post your comments and view existing ones. It is important to note that public comments will not serve as the primary basis for acceptance decisions. However, they will be compiled and presented to the chairs as supplementary reference material during the final evaluation process.需注意的是，公开评论不会作为录用决定的主要依据，但将汇总后作为补充参考材料，在最终评审过程中提供给主席参考。
