• Each accepted paper must have at least one author present at the conference in person to deliver the presentation.每篇录用论文须安排 至少一位作者 亲临会议现场进行汇报。
• On-site presentations will be delivered in the form of an oral presentation.现场汇报将采用 口头演讲（Oral Presentation） 形式。

2. Presentation Time Allocation2. 汇报时间分配

• Presentation: 12 minutes (including demonstration content).汇报时长：12 分钟（含演示内容）。
• Q&A: 3 minutes.提问互动：3 分钟。
• Total: Each paper is strictly limited to 15 minutes.总计：每篇论文严格控制在 15 分钟 内。

Please rehearse in advance to ensure your presentation fits within the allotted time and does not affect the session schedule.请务必提前演练，确保在限定时间内完成汇报，以免影响后续日程。

3. Slide Submission3. 幻灯片提交

• We recommend preparing your slides in 16:9 widescreen format (PPT/Keynote).建议使用 16:9 宽屏 格式制作 PPT/Keynote。
• Please name your slide file as: PaperID_FirstAuthorName.pptx (e.g., 1234_ZhangWei.pptx).请将幻灯片文件命名为：PaperID_对应第一作者姓名.pptx（例如：1234_ZhangWei.pptx）。
• Please upload the final version of your slides to the Submission Portal by 7:00 pm on the evening before your presentation.请于汇报的前一天晚上 7 点之前将最终版幻灯片上传至提交入口。

• Please arrive at the assigned session room before the session begins.请在分会场开始前到达。
• The conference will provide a central control console and projection equipment. If your slides use special fonts or embedded videos, please verify compatibility in advance.会议现场将提供中控台和投影设备，如使用特殊字体或视频，请提前确认兼容性。
